지난 2010.9.20일 입법예고한 의료기기법 시행규칙 일부개정안이 2010.12.13일(월)자로 개정되었음을 알려드립니다.
○ 주요개정 내용
- 신제품 규격기준 예비제도 도입
- 임상계획 승인서류 간소화 및 제외대상 규정
- 리베이트 허용범위 설정
- 변경된 기준규격에 따른 시설 및 품질관리체계 유지 의무화
- 1등급 의료기기 GMP심사 품질관리 단독심사 등
- 수수료 금액의 상향 조정
- 의료기기 영문증명서 발급 신청서 신설
